In which countries can a fixed IP be?
In the countries where we have servers and in new locations we can set up. We state availability in the quote.
Who owns the server?
We rent and operate the server; it is dedicated to you as a service. If you want to use your own server, see the Colitu on your own server service.
Can a server be set up in every country?
No. We assess it based on data centre availability, the legal situation and sanctions; we tell you openly about locations that are not possible.
Which features does a server need?
Varies with the number of users and traffic; we state the recommended features in the quote.
How are quotas determined?
We determine this in the quote based on your monthly traffic and peak-hour needs.
When will it be ready?
We do not give a date. It is on the roadmap, and we notify first those who leave a request when it is ready.
