Frequently asked questions

Can I buy Business from the plans on the site?

No. Colitu Business is not among the plans on the site. You fill in the form or write to support@colitu.com; our team asks about your needs and sends the quote by email.

What is the minimum team size?

There is no minimum. We quote for a three-person agency as well as for a company with hundreds of employees.

Can our administrator see which sites employees visit?

No. We do not log which sites are visited or what content passes through the tunnel, so neither we nor the company administrator can see it. Management covers only accounts, seats and devices.

Who owns the source code of white label apps?

Our apps are built from open-source licensed code; the source code of the branded version also stays open as the licence requires. We provide the server infrastructure, management panel and operation as a service. Your brand, your pricing and your customer relationship are yours.

In which countries can a fixed IP or dedicated server be?

Today we have servers in 22 countries. If you need a location that is not on the list, we can set up a server for you; we state availability and timeline in the quote.

How is payment made?

We invoice companies; we state bank transfer and other methods in the quote. The invoice is issued by COLITU LIMITED (United Kingdom).

How long does setup take?

For ready services, accounts are opened after payment is confirmed. For white label, dedicated server and fixed IP, we state the timeline in the quote according to the scope of the work.

Do you sign a data processing agreement?

Yes. We prepare a data processing agreement (DPA) and security questionnaire responses to fit your company's needs during the quote process.
